Home Category Blog What are the Kingwood Neighborhood Association boundaries?

The Kingwood area of Little Rock is a relatively large neighborhood and generally extends from The Heights to Mississippi Avenue and from Cantrell Road to Overlook.

More precisely, the narrative description of the KNA boundaries is below:

Beginning at the corner of Cantrell and Keightly, the boundary goes north on Keightly (including Lefever Lane and Drew Lane) onto Indian Trail.  It then turns east onto Richwood, Hillwood, Skywood, Pleasant Ridge Dr., Kingwood, Rockwood, Pine Valley, Sunset Circle, Greenwood, Kenwood (excluding those parts in Cammack Village).  Turning south, the boundary goes from Pine Valley onto Crouchwood (skirting Cammack Village) to Durwood (excluding Betswood).  The boundary turns east again onto Waverly to McKinley, then south on the West side of McKinley to properties along the north side of Perryville Road, then west onto Cantrell (North side of Cantrell only) to Keightly.  The association also includes all remaining properties in Kingwood Place Addition.

The map below is a good approximation of the boundaries.
